Somerset, Kentucky Personal Trainer David Young
David Young is a certified personal
trainer and licensed physical therapist working with personal training clients
in Somerset, Kentucky at Next Level Training Facility.
Over his 30 year career, David has worked in multiple settings helping him to bring a unique set of skills to his clients. His work experience ranges from hospitals, outpatient clinics, private homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, fitness clubs and gyms.
"After having worked in California and Kentucky in world class medical and fitness facilities -- with top-notch physicians, therapists and trainers -- I bring clients a wide range of medical and fitness methodologies seldom found in the personal training industry. Clients tell me on a regular basis this is what separates me from other trainers and therapists -- and why they are happy they found the Next Level Training Facility," David reports.
"My clients range from 8 to 90 years of
age. Many of my clients have lost 30 to 60 pounds of bodyfat while even gaining
lean muscle tissue -- at the same time! If anyone has ever tried this they know
how hard this is to do. In fact, I am currently working with the winner of Miss
Kentucky's Outstanding Teen -- I am ecstatic to be able to have helped
her win that title last year. And I am working with the First Runner-Up of Miss
Kentucky 2013 to help her to win that title in 2014."

This led me to fuel my passion today for running, lifting weights and dancing. And when I am not being physically active I thoroughly enjoy reading and teaching in between piloting aircraft."
