I was a 5'6" soccer player who needed to get bigger for the soccer field. The gym turned into my home away from home. All the years and hard work paid off. At the age of 22 I entered my first bodybuilding competition, where I placed 6th out of a field of 16 in the middleweight division. I competed twice more, placing respectively as a middleweight. As a trainer, I want to help others achieve their goals."
